Social media are the new tower of Babel

This time we don't need god to prevent us from communicating with each other.

We created our own tool. It's social media. It's designed to help communicate, and it's true - if you stick to one network.

The moment you begin switching between Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Tumblr and Facebook is the moment you start to have problems with communicating with the others. How come? Because you lose control over how you communicate at all. Too many identities, too many information channels, too many repeated messages. One focused word to describe it: chaos.

And it doesn't matter many people nowadays understand English, if they have to chase themselves through social media.
